By creating an account or using FANS vs FANS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. User conduct
You agree not to harass other users, submit false match results, impersonate other players, cheat, or attempt to disrupt the Service. Violations may result in account suspension.
4. Matches and results
FANS vs FANS provides a platform for fans to challenge and record video game matches. The Service does not organize, sponsor, or moderate the underlying gameplay. Reported results are user-generated and subject to community dispute.
5. No wagering
The Service is for entertainment and community competition only. It is not a gambling platform. You may not use FANS vs FANS to facilitate wagers or exchange money based on match outcomes.
6. Intellectual property
All trademarks, game titles, and league names referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners. FANS vs FANS is not affiliated with the NFL, NBA, MLB, FIFA, EA Sports, 2K, or any league or publisher unless expressly stated.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FANS vs FANS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
